Drills the test wells on two project sites, with a common form of U-type vertical buried pipe, selects different flow rates in pipes, and measures inlet and outlet water temperatures under the simulated winter and summer conditions. Calculates heat exchange per unit well depth, and studies and analyses the influence of flow rate on the heat transfer intensity of pipes. The results show that within the range of 0.6 to 0.9 m/s, the higher the flow rate is, the higher the heat transfer intensity is. Beyond this range, the increase of flow rate may result in a reduction of the heat transfer intensity.
